Enhancing the fitness level of our staff…how…? In Nov 2007, the EHS team initiated the A-Mile-A-Day Walking Exercise for ERT members. The response was superb! Walk, walk, walk,… sweat, sweat, sweat,… CHOP, CHOP, CHOP!!!
Every 3rd Saturday of the month, wallllkkkk furtherrrrr…. LSC > Macalister Rd > Ghee Hiang > Logan Rd > LSC…. Aaaaaahhhhh.
3 months later, mileage has increased…. “Two- Miles-A-Day”
