At LSC we do not only stop at providing quality healthcare services but also emphasize in moulding a safe aspired team. We are determined that with strategic safety training in place, we are able to equip our team with the required knowledge and skills in order to provide a safe environment in Loh Guan Lye Specialists Centre.

Various types of safety trainings are being carried out and scheduled throughout the year. As much as theoretical training is important, we believe in ‘practice makes perfect’ which will definitely leave a stronger trace of hands on skills. Hence, our staff are given the opportunities to have a feel in handling the fire extinguishers during the in-house Fire Fighting Training. Members of the ERT Team are also taught on Patient Lifting Techniques, Safe Handling of Hose Reel, Functions of Fire Alarm System and other safety trainings by certified BOMBA Personnel from time to time. Our competencies are again assessed and evaluated during ad-hoc Mock Drills and planned Fire Drills. Hence, here are some great shots for your viewing pleasure!
